CuraData was founded by a team with more than 50 years of combined experience in ophthalmology and digital imaging. Based in Jacksonville, Florida, we have hands-on backgrounds in clinical imaging operations, PACS implementation, and ophthalmic practice workflows — the kind of experience that tells you exactly where implementations fail and what practices actually need.
What we do
A modern PACS for ophthalmology. Device-agnostic capture, fast study retrieval, prior comparison, and migration support that doesn't leave you stranded.
A clinical annotation platform. Structured labeling workflows for AI training data, chart review extraction, and multi-reviewer adjudication.
Both products share the same data model. Studies flow between them without export/import friction.
Our team
Our team's experience spans ophthalmic imaging device integration, multi-site PACS deployments, clinical workflow design, and health data compliance. We've seen legacy systems fail during go-lives and built CurateMD specifically to eliminate those failure modes.
Being based in Jacksonville means we work in the same time zones and understand the regulatory and clinical environment that southeastern practices operate in.
